Mardy Uploader terms of service
Who may use it
Mardy Uploader is a private tool with a single user: Marvin Dy, the owner of the Mardy gaming channel (@mardyplays). It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else, and there is no sign-up.
What it does
The tool posts the owner's own videos, Shorts, thumbnails and captions to the owner's own YouTube channel, Facebook Page and TikTok account. Nothing is posted until the owner has reviewed and approved each batch.
Platform terms
Using the tool means using each platform, so their terms apply and the owner agrees to be bound by them:
Content
The owner is responsible for every video and caption the tool posts, including holding the rights to the gameplay, music and other material in it.
No warranty
The tool is provided as is, for the owner's personal use. It may stop working when a platform changes its API.
Privacy
What data the tool uses and how to remove its access is in the privacy policy.
