Mardy Uploader privacy policy
Mardy Uploader is a private tool with a single user: Marvin Dy, the owner of the Mardy gaming channel. It is not offered to anyone else. This page explains what data the tool uses and what happens to it.
What the tool uses
With the owner's approval through each platform's official login, the tool uses only the owner's own accounts:
- YouTube (through YouTube API Services): the owner's channel ID and title, the titles of the owner's playlists, and the processing and privacy status of videos the tool uploaded. It uploads the owner's videos, thumbnails and caption files and adds them to the owner's playlists.
- Facebook: the ID and name of the owner's Page and the status of videos the tool posted to it. It posts the owner's videos and Reels to that Page with their thumbnails.
- TikTok: the creator info TikTok returns for the owner's account (nickname, avatar, the privacy options available, the longest allowed video and whether comments, duets and stitches are allowed) and the status of posts the tool sent. It posts the owner's videos to that account.
The tool does not read anyone else's data: no viewer, follower or commenter information, no messages and no analytics.
Where the data stays
The tool runs on the owner's own computer. Sign-in tokens, upload IDs and a log of what was posted are stored only there. They are never sent to any server other than the platform they belong to, and they are never shared, sold or rented to anyone, for advertising or any other purpose. The tool sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics.
The owner may run the tool with the help of an AI assistant, which can see the tool's own output (video titles, the account nickname, upload status). Sign-in tokens are not part of that output. Platform data is not used to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models.
Mardy Uploader's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Removing access
Access can be withdrawn at any time. Removing it stops the tool from reaching the account immediately.
- Google and YouTube: Google Account, Third-party apps and services.
- Facebook: Settings and privacy, Settings, Business integrations.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security, Apps and services.
Deleting data
To delete everything the tool holds, the owner removes access as above and deletes the tool's token files and upload logs from his computer. Nothing is held anywhere else. Questions or a deletion request: email the address below.
